When you’re launching your campaign on Hypeddit, you might hit an error. Bummer, we know. But don’t worry—it’s usually a setting or switch within Facebook/Meta ads that needs to be adjusted.
If this happens, you’ll see a detailed error message. The important part is at the bottom section (the one in red—see pic below). It’ll tell you exactly what went wrong.

Another possible reason is the Facebook account linked to your setup might not have admin permissions for the selected profiles (Facebook Page, Ad Account, or Pixel)—especially if there were recent changes. | To solve this, go to your campaign setup screen in Hypeddit, then, head to "Accounts & Profiles" and click the blue "Reconnect Facebook" button. Choose the account you want to use, then click "Edit previous settings." The image you selected is not available. It might be deleted or you might not have permission to use it in ads. Try selecting a different image | This error happens when you try to publish a campaign that was originally set up and saved with a different Pixel or Ad account. | In this case, it's best to start fresh by creating an entirely new campaign—don’t duplicate or edit the one with the error. The user does not have permission for this action. | This error usually shows up when you try to manage a campaign in Hypeddit that’s already disconnected from your Facebook account. | Most of the time, your campaign can be reconnected by just clicking on the "Reconnect" link on your Hypeddit Dashboard. You can then, follow the steps to reset your account permissions. In some cases, you may see an "Error" status there. This means the connection between Hypeddit and your accounts is completely broken. But no worries—you can still pause or resume your campaign directly from Facebook Ads Manager. But in order for you to keep managing your campaigns through Hypeddit, you may stop that campaign directly from Facebook ads manager. Then, go back to your Hypeddit Dashboard to duplicate or launch a new campaign. |
Your audience contains targeting options that can no longer be used to target ads to people under 18 globally, 20 in Thailand, or 21 in Indonesia. Increase the minimum age of your audience or remove all targeting options apart from location, age, and gender | This error message pops up when your campaign targets countries with legal age restrictions. | Please adjust your campaign's age targeting under the "Advance Settings" section of your setup.
